Friends & Deployment

I am starting to feel like no one really understands what a spouse feels even when they see it everyday. Mood swings never get any easier, the feeling of half your heart missing will never go away until your loved one is back home. Sometimes I wish I could just get in some of these people's faces and just shout military spouses are only human! We make mistakes like anyone else, we are hurting just like you are when your spouse takes a business trip.. Yours will be home and you can talk to them more than we can but it still hurts so think about how you feel on the one weekend they are away and stretch that over 9 months, 15 months and sometimes more. Sound fun? No didn't think so, so get off your high horse and stop telling spouses to get over it, to act strong. We can only act strong for so long.

Day 1

Well I much say today went so much faster than I thought it would. deployment sucks about all I can say. I am already planning this coming home I can not wait!!!!!!!! I have spent all day at the post office and Walmart doing care packages and tuff boxes whew I am tired. Anywho have a goodnight blog world.
